These crispy 7-ingredient DORITOS^® mini taco bites make a delicious gameday snack that’s sure to please any hungry crowd.

Ingredients

1 tbsp canola oil
8 oz lean ground beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
16 DORITOS^® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
16 leaves fresh cilantro

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2
In large skillet set over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook ground beef and taco seasoning, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.

Step 3
Arrange DORITOS^® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto tortilla chips and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Step 4
Garnish each with dollop of sour cream and cilantro leaf.
