Easy Salsa Ranch Dressing:

Cook the rotini pasta according the package directions.

Rinse with cool water for several minutes until pasta is no longer warm.
Step

Drain well.
Step

Meanwhile, combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
Step

Set aside.
Step

Transfer cooled and drained pasta to a large mixing bowl.
Step

Add dressing and toss to combine.
Step

Add remaining pasta salad ingredients, except for the DORITOS® (save for later), and mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step

Top with crushed DORITOS® COOL RANCH® Flavored Tortilla Chips just before serving.
