ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of participation and are graduating seniors from high school. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc., their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, “Contest Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Contest). 2. CONTEST PERIOD: Contest begins at 12:00:00p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on May 1, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on May 4, 2020 (“Contest Period”). The time clock of the computer administering this Contest is the official clock for this Contest. 3. TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, email your submission to GradVoices@Doritos.com during the Contest Period. To enter a Submission (defined below) into the Contest, complete the following steps: Step 1 – Record video (and audio) of yourself giving an original 2020 commencement speech (“Submission”). Your Submission may not exceed two (2) minutes. Step 2 – Email your submission (.MP4, .MOV, .MP3, or link to video file) along with your name, date of birth, high school name and location, and graduation date to GradVoices@Doritos.com. Before emailing the Submission, you agree that you have read or have had these Official Rules read to you and you are in agreement with these Official Rules. Submissions that do not include all required information and adhere to these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, may be considered void. Once #26797-1 sent, Submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, remove, delete and/or disqualify any Submission and/or Entrant (as defined in “Guidelines and Restrictions” below) it deems inappropriate or otherwise non-compliant. Guidelines and Restrictions Submissions must be in English, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All Submissions must be received during the Contest Period and in no case later than 11:59:59 p.m. CT on May 4, 2020. Entrant shall also be deemed the person sending the Submission. The Entrant must meet the eligibility requirements, must be the person who created the Submission, and must be the one (1) person who is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Contest. In the event of an identity dispute between the Entrant and an individual who claims to be the authorized account holder of the email associated with the Submission, the dispute will be resolved in favor of the individual whose name is listed on the registration form as the Entrant, regardless of who the authorized account holder of the email is, provided that the individual named on the entry form is the individual who transmitted the Submission and is the author of the Submission. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Each individual Entrant is allowed a total of two (2) Submissions. Each Submission must be substantially different from previously submitted Submissions. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that an Entrant has submitted two (2) or more Submissions that are not substantially different from each other, the Entrant and/or the duplicative Submissions may be disqualified. Each Submission: must be the original work of the Entrant produced for this Contest; has not been previously published; must not infringe on any party’s intellectual property, including but not limited to copyright, trademark or right of privacy of publicity or any other rights (this means that the Submission should not name or identify any third party individuals, living or dead, or any other brands or products other than that it may identify DORITOS® brand Tortilla Chips); must be suitable for broadcasting on the Internet, radio or television in the United States; it must not contain defamatory statements or messages (including but not limited to words that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, political party, sexual orientation or socioeconomic or other group), it must not include threats to any person, place, business, group or world peace, it must not invade privacy
