These crispy, flavorful corn on the cobs are topped with crushed DORITOS® for a cheesy and crunchy twist on a classic snack.

Step 1
Unthaw corn cobs.

Step 2
Crush bag of DORITOS® into crumbs (be sure the pieces aren’t too small otherwise they will lose their crunch!) and place then in a wide, shallow bowl.

Step 3
Add enough vegetable oil to a pan until about 2 inches deep and place over medium heat and pre-heat to 350°F (or use a deep-fryer).

Step 4
Make instant grits as per the instructions on the packet. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes.

Step 5
Combine cooled grits, pancake mix, and Just Bubly in a bowl and mix until smooth.

Step 6
Gently put corndog sticks into each corn cob, be careful not to pierce all the way through.

Step 7
Dip corn, using the stick as a handle, into batter until the corn is fully coated. Allow excess batter to drain.

Step 8
Dip battered corn into reserved crushed DORITOS®. Roll and sprinkle chips until fully coated.

Step 9
Fry at 350 for about two to two and half minutes, or until the batter is fully cooked. Be aware that the chips can burn if not careful. Once fried, place on a wire rack to cool.

Step 10
Top with DORITOS® Spicy Nacho, crema, cilantro, and green onion to taste.
